Similar style to Swedish massage but more directed to areas of aching or pain. By employing slower and firmer strokes and deep finger pressure on particular areas, the treatment reaches deeper layers of muscle tissue and effected tendons.

Upper Body Massage

Focusing on the back, shoulders, neck and scalp using a combined method of traditional massage movements. Useful in relieving both light “niggles” or deeper tension caused by lack of flexibility and bad posture during daily routine.

Hot Stone Massage

Basalt stones (a type of volcanic rock that retains heat) are placed along the body and then moved over the surface of the skin in a series of circular movements, long strokes, vibration, tapping and kneading; with a soothing, warming effect.
